    A 502 error means that there is a web server which is acting as a gateway to another server and it's getting an invalid response from the other server. Are you trying to access the ticket portal through a server at work, or do you have a device at home acting as a server ?

    If you're at work, try accessing the portal when you get home. If you're at home, try doing it on your phone or on another computer if one is available

    Just seen your message. If the system's down then the 502 error was probably due to more traffic than it could cope with.

    I was trying on my Mac at home, was also failing on my phone and iPad. Just tried again on my phone a few minutes ago and managed to get connected and bought tickets for the 3 of us.
