Q. I am a 2018-2020 ESTC member, can I purchase for non-members during the first sale (3-6 September)?
A. The first sales window is similar to that of an England away match so it is for Travel Club members buying for themselves and other Travel Club members. This is so that the most loyal fans get priority access to the best seats in the stadium.
Q. I am an ESC member and buying more than one ticket, do I have to provide fan numbers for everyone in my group?
A. No, the fan assign field is an optional extra. If there are supporters in your group with ESC or ESTC memberships and wish to receive the caps for attending the match, you can enter their fan numbers. If you are taking non-members with you, please leave the fan assign field blank - as long as you are a member you will be able to buy up to 7 additional tickets for friends or family.
Q. Will I still get my Travel Club discount during the second ESC sale (7-12) as I usually buy for friends and family who are non-ESTC?
A. Yes, The ESTC discount will be applied to the Travel Club fan numbers assigned during the ESC priority sales window. Please be aware that ESC members will stay pay the standard ticket price.
Q. Why is the ESTC ticket window so short?
A. The ESTC priority sale window is running for 4 days, which is longer than similar priority windows in previous years. Based on feedback from supporters, we chose to put the match on sale after the World Cup to prevent fans who were in Russia from missing out.
Q. Do I have to renew or upgrade to the 2018-2020 membership to receive £5 off my match ticket?
A. Yes, the 2016-2018 Travel Club membership ended on the 15 July, so if you wish to receive a discount off your home match ticket and access England away games for the new season, you will need to renew or upgrade now.
Q. When will I receive my tickets?
A. Tickets to England home games are usually dispatched 2-3 weeks prior to kick-off. So although you may order your bundle now, you won't receive the tickets until nearer kick-off.
Q. Why has the price of an adult family enclosure ticket increased?
A. We have increased the price of an adult family enclosure ticket to align the price with the category 4 general admission ticket.
No one cares about this pointless fixtures. Where’s the information on Spain away which is in less than 7 weeks now!
I am registered wheelchair disabled ESTC member, can I purchase earlier like 10am or same time (midday) on 3rd September like everyone else?
Gary Crewe ... They updated the Spain away registration closed post... "Update 28/08/2018: We are still awaiting ticket details and allocations from REFEF. As soon as we receive this information, we will let members who registered in a ticket know the outcome.

Yeah I seen it after I commented Duncan, but still, the information is that there is no information. I just think that maybe they should wait for Spain confirmation before shoving a money making friendly down our throats, they know that we’re all waiting for an email regarding Spain away, they send us an email telling us about USA at Wembley. Frustrating.
Hi All, I am a new ESTC member.. on Monday 3rd when I buy my ticket - can I buy tickets for non members? On the FAQ's the first question says from 3rd-6th I can only buy for myself and other members, but second FAQ states I can buy up to 7 additionals? Is this from after the 6th? Just need some clarification as new to this. Thanks
Luke you can only buy tickets for members on the 3rd but you can buy for upto 8 members at that point. Id wait for the 14th and pay bit more but sit with your mates as this has no chance of selling out.
@ Luke Marley Buy your tickets during the ESC sales window from 7th to 12th. You will get your own £5 discount for being a ESTC member but you can also buy up to 7 further tickets for other people. They don't have to be a member of anything other than the human race.
