Available Semi-final tickets

Available Semi-final tickets

Posted by Team England at 20:40 on Sunday 08 July 2018

We are pleased to announce that we have secured a small number of additional tickets for Travel Club members for the Semi-Final against Croatia.

Update 1pm 11/07/2018: Unfortunately we have not been able to obtain any further tickets for tonight's match against Croatia. I appreciate that there are a number of fans still requiring tickets, however we have been advised by FIFA that more are being released on their website.

Update 12.30 10/07/18: We are now able to offer category 1 tickets to Travel Club members on 60 active caps and above until 2pm BST.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting any further requests to be placed on the waiting list for the semi-final match tomorrow.

UPDATE 10/07/18: We are now pleased to be able to lower the caps level to 65 caps.

These tickets will only be offered to Travel Club members who have 65 active caps or more (originally it was 70+).  If you sit just below 65 active caps (even if by one) please do not call and attempt to purchase a ticket.  We understand it may be disappointing to be just beneath this caps level however please be aware we will be unable to offer you a ticket under any circumstance.

Travel Club members who qualify can call 0800 389 1966 on Tuesday 10th July between 10am to 12pm (Midday, UK Time).

Initial sales

The initial ticket application window for Travel Club members began back in December 2017.  Any tickets we did not sell within that ticket application window were released back to FIFA to sell via their own Ticketing Website.  Therefore, although we did not sell out our given allocation at that time, this does not mean we now have access to those seats.

Naturally we understand some members will be disappointed however, based on FIFA’s application process, all supporters were given the opportunity to purchase tickets to this match between 5th December 2017 and 31st January 2018.  We will however continue to lobby for additional tickets; we advise all members to check this website regularly for further updates.

In the meantime you may wish to keep an eye on FIFA’s Ticketing Website for any tickets that may be released there for this match. FIFA have already relisted  a number of tickets in all three categories for Wednesday's match, and we expect more to released in the coming days.

Spot on Lee. We often like to ridicule foreign media for being propaganda, but you have to wonder about the freedom and honesty of our own media sometimes. I suspect that they have achieved what they set out to achieve by restricting the numbers of English fans travelling.

Russia and the Russian people could hardly have been more different to the way they were depicted in the lead up to the tournament and, as you say, for those of us with families etc, it is more about the impact that has on those that stay behind worrying than anything else.

    Such a shame.

I don't blame the FA...Its the bloody FIFA Sales portal...it's awful.  Gutted I have my managed to get  a SF Ticket but at least I had a fantastic trip for the group stages.

Our own media have a lot to answer for!!!

An F.O.I request/requests into ESTC/FA ticket husbandry role during the knockout stages of this tournament would be very interesting!

Particularly the email comms between ESTC and FIFA,and the definitive breakdown of how many tickets the ‘football family’ actually received!

If the FA/ESTC were as transparent and accountable as they should be there would be no such need to ask for this information, without this being in the public domain we as members have no idea if ESTC/FA are fulfilling their obligations to their membership,is there an appetite to make the FA/ESTC accountable?

I’d like to think even those who hold tickets can appreciate the need for greater accountability, especially when they juxtapose the contrast of the experience of 8,000 real fans turning up in Glasgow and 3,000 fans watered down in Moscow with tourists, hangers on,event goers and extended family and friends of some players that wouldn’t know the offside rule if you had eternity to explain it!

Terry - you seem to have an unhealthy obsession with this. Especially someone who only has 26 caps themselves, only 8 of which are for away games. Please stop your bleating on. Those of us who travel to pretty much EVERY game know that the ESTC team within the FA do a decent job and always try their best for the fans. You need to accept that they are working within the limitations of what FIFA give them. Give it up and enjoy the football.

Agree with most of these comments around not registering before and I was one of those England Supporters who got injured in Marseilles and witnessed viscous Russian thugs running riot so had assumed it may be wise not to go. My family were also not keen so that was the main factor. The fact that England have got this far is not just the reason I am trying to get tickets it is the fact that there has been no trouble like happened at the Euro's. However my issue is that my supporters club membership says I have only got 8 caps yet I went to games in the Euros and have been to all of the World Cup Qualifiers and friendlies at Wembley and these have not been updated Have written to Club Wembley and the Supporters to club to ask whey this is the case as clearly like the FIFA website, there is an issue. I got through on 3 occasions on Sunday to but tickets for the semi final and on each occasion when trying to complete the date for the collection it was "greyed out" so couldn't complete the transaction. No real issue with the ticketing process especially as tickets have become available, just frustrated that it doesn't work properly. Fingers crossed that the Travel Supporters Club have the courtesy to reply to the 3 emails I have sent and chasers form Club Wembley and that England win tonight :-)

Scott Lyndon, you're totally correct about the ESTC and, I will add, FSF who are very, very helpful at away games and do a great job on our behalf. Sometimes they don't get it right but you can see where they're coming from.

Gawd bless ya Scott Lyndon for having a purple patch of following in recent years,my concerns revolve around ESTC processes of allocation to ‘football family’ and efforts made to source extra tickets for their membership, the details given on both are deliberately vague and lack transparency!

I was never in the running for any sourced tickets being on 26 caps,it was never about me personally, but I do want my membership body doing all they can to get tickets for those on significant cap numbers upto and including 60!

I’ve no idea how good ESTC are ‘on the ground’ I’ve never been in need of finding out,you seem to have built up a ‘need’ of them in 3 short years?!?

The points I made remain valid albeit not in keeping with the ‘I’m alright jack don’t impinge on our happy crappy atmos’
