Available Semi-final tickets

Available Semi-final tickets

Posted by Team England at 20:40 on Sunday 08 July 2018

We are pleased to announce that we have secured a small number of additional tickets for Travel Club members for the Semi-Final against Croatia.

Update 1pm 11/07/2018: Unfortunately we have not been able to obtain any further tickets for tonight's match against Croatia. I appreciate that there are a number of fans still requiring tickets, however we have been advised by FIFA that more are being released on their website.

Update 12.30 10/07/18: We are now able to offer category 1 tickets to Travel Club members on 60 active caps and above until 2pm BST.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting any further requests to be placed on the waiting list for the semi-final match tomorrow.

UPDATE 10/07/18: We are now pleased to be able to lower the caps level to 65 caps.

These tickets will only be offered to Travel Club members who have 65 active caps or more (originally it was 70+).  If you sit just below 65 active caps (even if by one) please do not call and attempt to purchase a ticket.  We understand it may be disappointing to be just beneath this caps level however please be aware we will be unable to offer you a ticket under any circumstance.

Travel Club members who qualify can call 0800 389 1966 on Tuesday 10th July between 10am to 12pm (Midday, UK Time).

Initial sales

The initial ticket application window for Travel Club members began back in December 2017.  Any tickets we did not sell within that ticket application window were released back to FIFA to sell via their own Ticketing Website.  Therefore, although we did not sell out our given allocation at that time, this does not mean we now have access to those seats.

Naturally we understand some members will be disappointed however, based on FIFA’s application process, all supporters were given the opportunity to purchase tickets to this match between 5th December 2017 and 31st January 2018.  We will however continue to lobby for additional tickets; we advise all members to check this website regularly for further updates.

In the meantime you may wish to keep an eye on FIFA’s Ticketing Website for any tickets that may be released there for this match. FIFA have already relisted  a number of tickets in all three categories for Wednesday's match, and we expect more to released in the coming days.

I don't know if you guys read the threads (probably not!!) but the FIFA ticketing website is a shambles; I've been on for 10.5 hours continuously and although tickets are showing you just can't buy them!!!!

    Black market again then!!

I've sent specific emails to THE FA without as much as a reply!

What's the point in joining this 'club'?!?

We got a pair of Category 3 through the travel club via the ballot. I have followed the ticket resale procedure as I can't go now, however these remain 'unsold' on FIFA after 24 hours. Why haven't these been released for resale?

Frankly this isn’t good enough, too many of our official allocation has been ringfenced for the FA family leaving some fans on high cap numbers(not me)scrambling for scraps or being offered the high cat tickets for 70 caps or over?!?! How many tickets did you ‘secure’ 50? What about the 1,100 conditional tickets not bought at the height of BBC propaganda of what will happen if we went to Russia? Why have we not got first refusal on the 1,100 shortfall once we progressed to the semi final instead of them going to fifa to sell to tourists? Are you lobbying for a substantial increase in tickets to satisfy demand from loyal fans who went to the qualifiers? This shouldn’t be viewed as a chore but a dutiful privalage to get as many England fans attending these matches,we surely want the 12th man/women effect,no?

Under the paragraph INITIAL SALES,applications for the Semi Final was undersubscribed by over 1,000,Sweden sold all their INITIAL SALES(conditional)tickets,so there are at least 1,000 surplus tickets available, are you making a case to FIFA that these tickets should be sold to ESTC members and not released onto the FIFA site to all and sundry?

There are special circumstances that should invoke such a decision but it needs a robust case to be put forward by FA/ESTC to FIFA,and this needs to be done NOW!

You make MILLIONS every year, how about in future you buy all the conditional tickets for every round which are left over? You can sell back to FIFA the ones that aren't sold to the loyal ESTC members.

Like others I have been trying via the FIFA website but cannot complete the purchase.  I can't tell how frustrating this is.  I know we had an option to purchase them back in December but at that time the media and politicians were telling us not to go.

Ticket applications were open for 6 weeks at the beginning of the year. Now we are in the semi final, everyone wants to go and people are moaning because they can't get a ticket...not really the fault of the FA/ Travel Club.
