UEFA Euro 2016 Ticket Update

We would like to inform fans that payments for ticket applications have now been completed by UEFA.  Those members who applied for tickets should receive an email today from UEFA advising the ticket allocations by match.

Unfortunately, UEFA were unable to process the payments for some tickets and those fans who have been affected will also receive a separate email from The England Supporters Travel Club advising them on next steps to secure tickets to the tournament.

We have been working with UEFA throughout the ticketing process to assist members of the England Supporters Travel Club who have been affected by credit card fraud or lost/stolen cards. In addition there have also been a sizeable number of fans who did not enter their credit card details correctly or did not have sufficient funds to cover the cost of their tickets, we will also do our best to assist with these issues.

Further updates regarding the match-by-match breakdown will follow once all of the issues detailed above have been closed.

    Just got my email simply stating the following:

    We regret to inform you that your ticket application for UEFA EURO 2016™ was not successful. In accordance with the UEFA EURO 2016™ Ticketing Terms and Conditions for Participating National Association Fan Sales you have not been allocated any of the ticket(s) requested in your Application Form on the ticket portal.

    In accordance with the UEFA EURO 2016™ Ticketing Terms and Conditions for Participating National Association Fan Sales, no agreement between EURO 2016 SAS and you for the purchase of ticket(s) you requested is deemed to have been concluded in this process.

    Until the end of the UEFA EURO 2016™ tournament, there may be additional opportunities to purchase tickets to our matches. We would like to keep you informed about any such future possibilities to purchase tickets for UEFA EURO 2016™. If you do not wish to be contacted regarding such possibilities, please contact us using the form available here requesting us to remove you from our mailing list.

    Had to join the England Supporters Club at a cost of £75 just to be eligible to apply. What a waste of money and a con  from both UEFA and the FA.

    For Michael Thorpe.

    If you selected Cat2 and 'accept tickets at a higehr price' you would have got a ticket for Marseille.

    I'd contact EF direct to ask whats happened to you if thats the case.......we should have had enough tickets to that game to meet supply.

    If you were after taickets just for other games, fair enough, you would have known the risks when joining.

    I'm truly disgusted that I have been wholly unsuccessful in my application. OK, I only have 15 caps, but also, I have been a member since the inception of englandfans, and a Gold/ETC member for the last 6 years. So forgive me f I sound a little bitter, but it's a bit of a joke that people with 0 or very few caps are gloating about having everything they asked for.

    There's clearly a massive flaw somewhere, be that with UEFA or The FA, and I'm clearly not the only person affected in this way. It needs sorting out, otherwise, the whole caps and ETC system isn't worth a tepid shite.

    Myself and step daughter failed in tickets for the Wales game only complete rip off paid to join membership for both of us and ripped off by UEFA and fa again  time for fans to demonstrate and do a Liverpool fan thing and all walk out of Wembley games or not buy tickets leVel an empty stadium .and I bet all fa staff and family and close friends get there tickets for games and the word for this? You guess and make a comment guess il purchase tickets in another way I hope all fans at Euro2016 get to get her and boo the UEFA and club anthems against the greed and stupid way. Tickets allocated bring back the standing at grounds ect way to buy tickets first there get the tickets it's called loyalty

    Is there any evidence at all the rules haven't been applied? Any 0 cappers got a ticket for an over subscribed game? That would be reason to complain.otherwise...

    Firstly Michael, which categories did you apply for?

    Joseph, I think wales game work out about 27 caps for top 70% (may be wrong) else you'd of had to be really lucky

    John, I wouldn't guarantee the 0 cappers have got what they asked for... just because the amount tallies with what they asked for. I know for example there are at least 4 combinations that could apply to the price I got charged. 1 of which happens to be got everything that I applied for, the other is got russia, slovakia and final bumped up a category.
