Nick - just checked and can see that you have registered successfully - you and Martyn should have both received a confirmation email.

agreed! trying to navigate this site is time consuming. The old system was not broken, why try and replace it with something a lot worse!!! Antone found an up to date list of caps??

Well this site is fun isn't it!!????!!!!  I have tried to renew for the last couple of days, and simply find myself going in circles. I readily accept that I am not brilliant with computers, but I'm good enough to hold down a job using one.... For me, I am finding this new site dire and by reading some of the posts, many feel the same. Surely, it is not beyond the means of someone in the FA to be getting to grips with this.... there are clearly issues that need sorting.

This noticeboard should be up at the top of the homepage - it's the main news, so have it as the headline on the website. instead of a picture of Rickie Lambert.

Well I am glad someone posted this information in a forum where the latest stories appear towards the top of the page or I may have missed the News buried way down the bottom. Why no email to us Travel Club members informing us the registration period is open like we used to get?

I'm also glad there is a link to the place to register as I can't seem to find a Menu link to the Travel Club anywhere!

The old site worked well but the FA decide to spend money (not much by the looks of it) on a new one. They have had months to sort it and could even have got some of us long standing supporters to test out a beta version but clearly didn't. So we end up lumbered with something that anyone with basic Web development skills could have knocked up in a couple of weeks!

I am already an England fan member  (Fan Number 55324036) and want to join the Away travel club with a view to applying for tickets for forthcoming away games.

Can you please advise how this it done.

I am an IT consultant and I have spent over an hour on the FA website trying to answer this simple question.  I'm afraid it is not very user friendly.
