Can't find anything what was wrong with the old site

Can we have a link to register to the Travel Club on the front page please. Took me ages to find it so I'm sure I wont be the only one. Safe to say I wont be using this website unless I have to get tickets through it (presuming I can find the link!)

This is truly shocking. I'm no IT genius but, this is doing my head in. The crap football team is one thing - are you deliberately trying to be as poor as the England team?

I keep going round in circles, have I registered for Switzerland or not? Where do I pay for my Travel membership? What a shocking new website. Clear as mud.

Hi Alan - you'll need to join the travel club first before you can register for the Switzerland game. To sign up go to www.thefa.com/.../signin , enter you FAN/password and complete the form.

How do I re-join and register for Switzerland!  Keeps telling me to sign in, I already am -why complicate what was a simple system

How do you join the England Supporters Travel Club ?

This is appalling. All i get is dead-ends! And i need the FAN numbers and DOBs of three other ETC members? I don't know three other travel club members! So i need to come as a group of four to have a chance of getting tickets? Hurdle after hurdle. Do you want fans or not? Oh yes, but only at Wembley, where the money matters.

The site is appalling - whoever did this should be sacked. no email to say Swiss tickets were open for application. you find things by luck. Sort it now

Yes, audit trail to the Travel Club application page is incomprehensible.  Needs some serious attention if

you are not to lose members.

click on the bit that says 'register for travel club' takes you to a page that says 'you need to be registered to apply for tickets' ????

This site is terrible!!  Is it a test of one's ability to find what you want?   I am trying to find out when the Norway or Switzerland tickets are on sale, but am about to give up yet again!!
