EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Cap Error

Anyone else had this problem

Me and my dad have always been members together and have been to the same England games together

However i have 4 caps and he has 3????

This could affect our chances in the ballot!

I've called England 3 times but apparently they cannot hear me everytime i call.... after sitting in a queue for 45 mins each time!

Have both of you renewed your membership? You get 1 cap for renewing (that won't be considered as part of any Euro 2020 ballot)

look at the games you been awarded caps for and check his....however you only get 21 days to correct any error...so if that is past you can do nothing.....maybe one of you had a renewal cap which would make your total odd as you get two caps a game

Looking at your match attendance record, it only shows Holland vs England 23/3/18 and a renewal cap. On the face of it, you should only have 3 caps but perhaps you also have a previous renewal cap which is not showing for some reason.

If you have been to a number of matches with your Dad but you only have caps for one of them, you have been missing out on caps. You need to read section 6.4 of the Club rules to make sure you don't miss out on any more in the future.

blogs: Sue Smith: World Cup disappointment will still bind young stars together

You spend years building up to international tournaments and suddenly that crescendo comes and goes in the blink of an eye – I think ‘empty’ is the best way to describe the feeling when you get back and that pure football bubble you...

blogs: Tim Vickery: All on Messi's shoulders?

Bidding to become the first European team to win a World Cup in South America, Germany have become red hot favourites. How could it be otherwise after that semi-final performance? Germany disposed of hosts Brazil with embarrassing, astonishing ease. The match was effectively over by the half-hour mark – and they have had an extra day’s rest compared with Argentina, who had to go the full 120 minutes before...

blogs: Natalie Sawyer: Summer move a springboard for Shaw

There have been a number of high-profile moves for England players this summer but I don’t think there will be many more – someone like Ross Barkley will be better served staying with Everton and backing up his fantastic first season. Ross is such a talent and I think if he is nurtured the right way he can certainly go on to be a great player. It’s probably easier for a club like Liverpool to hold...
