EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Successful Euro 2020 Tickets

I was successful in my Euro 2020 application and got tickets for the group games, but when purchasing my tickets I didnt pay the additional £12 for the tickets to be sent to me in the post afterwards and just opted for mobile tickets. Does anyone know if I can amend this and pay the £12 for the physical tickets as well?

Hi Luke. You probably have to contact Uefa direct as it will be them sending them out. If you go to this page on their website, there is a "contact us " link lower down the page. May take them a cple of days to reply There is no phone number to ring them on. Just put your name and probably fan id on the email.

    In reply to Simon Ryder:

According to the blurb on UEFA's website, the mobile phone ticketing app will be available for downloading some time in May and, shortly afterwards, the mobile phone tickets will be delivered. The app will be a clone of the one we used for the Nations League : very similar also to the Wembley tickets app.

Note that the 'UEFA Euro 2020 app' which is already available in the Apple store and Google Play is not the ticketing app but it is the app which will deliver your free match day travel card.

@ Luke Marley Let us know how you get on with your query regarding souvenir tickets. I expect that UEFA will say if you didn't tick the box and pay for the souvenir tickets at the time you paid for the rest of your order then the opportunity has gone. Hope not !

So the free travel card comes to the app which is already available ( I already have it ) ? Then there is another app coming out like the one we had at the nations league? Thanks
