UEFA EURO 2020

Tickets for my Son Euro 2020

Hi 

Both me and my son are travel club members but upon entering the UEFA ticket site it states the fan id , is invalided or already used ? Has anyone had this issue and how do i correct this ?

    Another member had problems applying for tickets where there was a junior Travel Club member linked to her account. She had tried keying in her own membership number for both herself and her child. Junior members have their own membership numbers and the problem was solved when the child's membership number was input.

    Other members have had that same error message when the actual problem was a discrepancy over their date of birth : the date of birth input on to the UEFA application form did not correspond to the records held by the England Supporters Club. So, you might like to check that the dates of birth for yourself and your child, as shown on this site on your 'Personal Details' page, are actually correct.
