UEFA EURO 2020

Ticket not in ticket app

I was very lucky and got a ticket in the sales window yesterday. I have had an email from UEFA with confirmation of purchase but there's nothing in my ticket app. When I logout and in again to check it says no tickets associated with this email address. Does anyone know if tickets take a bit of time to go on the app or should I contact ESTC?

Yes, there is a time lag before the tickets appear in the app and it can be quite long. I wouldn't panic unless the ticket hasn't appeared by lunch time tomorrow.

In the extremely unlikely event that the ticket doesn't appear on your phone, go to the Wembley ticket office before the match and they'll fix you up. You would need evidence of your entitlement to a ticket (the email from UEFA saying you've been successful), photo ID and your phone to demonstrate that the ticket hasn't appeared in the app.
