UEFA EURO 2020

Anybody hopeful of the 23:33 train to Leeds

If it goes ET and Pens is anybody confident of this train? More I look at tube etc to get there looking less likely

You should be able to make it, but I would leave straight away as soon as the game is over and wear comfy trainers so you can walk fast down Olympic Way.

I'm due to be on this and very very doubtful.

The increase to 60k and the uncertainty if they'll throw us off at Baker St makes it tight to the extreme.

Hopefully it'll not be an issue when we win in 90.

I'd be interested if anyone was on this 23:33hrs train for the game last night and made it.

I.e. if our Northern brethren didn't make it last night (with more of the crowd being Londoncentric) we've got less chance?

The 23:33 Kings Cross to Leeds was held to depart at 23:57 last night waiting fans from Wembley so I would think that will be the case tonight if there's extra time/pens again.

Actually I wasn't on it but work for the railway and looked back through the system to see what time it departed, and the reason for the late start. It is standard practice though for LNER to hold the last train of the day if a big event is over-running...

Sensible option would be to go from the stadium station to Marlyborne then walk to Baker St for LU to KXStP I have done this route in 40 or so minutes.

Ive been trying to work out if there are any trains back to the West Midlands on Sunday, should we get there. The last I can see is about 11.30 from Euston, but there is no chance of getting there if the game goes to Penalties or even extra time , allowing for trophy collection etc. Not being presumptuous about that, just need to be sure I cover the basis. I have to be in work the next morning, so only alternative is a stop over and then catch at 6.30 train.

You will be able to get back to Birmingham via Chiltern Railways so it depends where you are in the WMids

The wait on Olympic Way after the game was stupid. I ended up darting down the side of Wembley Arena and up to the tube station that way.

You're only ever a phone call away from a spare seat in our fun bus Matt, if you're ever stranded.

Hi Clarke, was that the queue for the tube or overland trains ? Or is there just one queue and then it splits as you get closer ? Thanks
