Stephen I pretty sure that you can transfer their tickets to them. They just need to download the app and register it too so that way they’ll actually receive them on there. Hopefully it’ll be ok for you and other two members.

I'll try to find the instructions which were issued for Portugal in 2019 and post them a bit later.

I couldn't find the original instructions but I've found this page.

    https://appadvice.com/app/uefa-nations-league-tickets/1434844749

Scroll down and you will see 4 app screen shots for the Nations League app. The Euro 2020 app is the same but with different logo and colour scheme.

    1.  You download the app.

    2.  You key in your email address and click whatever the button says. You will then be sent a 6 digit code number in an email.

    3.  Enter the code number in the app and click the button.

    4.  I think it takes you to the 'My Personal Details' page - can't remember. Enter your details.

    5.  There are 3 lines in the top left corner. If you click on them, it takes you to the 2nd app screen shot.

    6.  When UEFA is ready, they will send the tickets to your phone. You won't need to do anything. If you click on 'My Tickets' it will display tickets (3rd screen shot). Any that are not visible can be seen by scrolling or swiping across the screen.

    7.  When you click on a ticket in screen shot 3 you will see the individual details of that ticket (the 4th screen shot). Note the boxes marked 'Keep' and 'Transfer'.

    8.  For any tickets you want to keep on your phone, including your own ticket, click 'Keep' and fill in the details requested. For any tickets you want to transfer to someone else in your party, click 'Transfer' and fill in the details.

    9.  Back to screen 2 : there will now be an entry in 'Pending Transfers'

    10. When members of your party have downloaded the app and registered, the transferred tickets will appear on their phones in the app. Your app will now show those tickets in 'Transfer History'.

Approaching the turnstile, you need to have your phone with bluetooth switched on and the app opened with your ticket displayed. A steward will activate the app via bluetooth with an electronic thingummybob to put a QR code on it. You then scan it at the turnstile.

Be interested to see what blocks people are in. It seems in this country we categorize tickets based on the view. But uefa are just doing it based on if your in the main stand , a corner or behind the goal. (which to be fair they stated at the start) , that doesnt make it right tho. I went to USA 94, and had Cat 1 tickets. They were level with the goal line, as they think being on the 'touch down line' is the premium spot !

I've now got the app for Euro 2020 tickets.
As with apparently everyone else I get the message "There are no tickets associated with this email address" and then the information I shall get them closer to the match date.
Just one further question. There is a bar at the bottom of the screen marked "Log Out". It seems that if you press this then the next time you want to use the app then you have to request a new registration number. Do we just leave this bar so that we can go in and out of the app without wasting time obtaining a new registration number?
    Thanks again David.

Received a code from the FA a few days back for the Scotland saying I should go to the UEFA site. It says they will be on sale today and I should have received an email yesterday, but never got it. The UEFA site is saying the verification code is not linked to any tickets. Doing my head in

If you don't log out there is no adverse consequence. I've left the app on my phone logged in for days just in case the tickets appear. Even if I swipe the app to remove it from the open apps, it is still logged in when I re-open the app again. I suppose there is a drain on the battery but I haven't noticed it in the phone performance.

One thing you must remember. Before setting off for the stadium, make sure you are logged into the app. Do it at home or at your hotel. The point is that near the stadium you could find it difficult to get a signal because of high buildings and / or everyone else in the vicinity trying to get on to the web at the same time. You need the internet connection in order to receive the log in code number via email. Once you are logged in to the ticketing app, it no longer matters whether you can get on the internet.

Just send us good old fashioned paper tickets that appear to have worked for the last 50 years.
My club have tried to implement an E season ticket or something like that, this idea lasted for 24 hours and then a choice has been offered for E ticket or card, this is the better option to give the paying customer a choice
