UEFA EURO 2020

Ticket Allocations - Splitting Linked Parties

So, I've always attended games with my son. Our initial application and allocation was done together and I paid for them all together. In the new round of allocations it appears we've only been allocated one ticket. When I use the access code I am only permitted to buy one. I can add another but it comes up with an error at the payment stage. Does this mean we have to choose which one of us attends alone? This seems shambolic!

You can only add 1 access code per ticket once added to the trolley you can then add additional codes.
It’s one access code per ticket

Was your son also successful in the ballot? Everyone was entered into the new ballot individually, so unless your son was also successful then you'll only be allowed to purchase one for yourself. Did he receive an email, or did you on his behalf, stating which games he was successful/unsuccessful for?
