Covid Testing for Euros

Does anyone know if fans are going to have to have a Covid test before attending Euro games at Wembley? I understand it is happening for the FA Cup Final but can't find anything about the Euros. Who would pay for the tests and would one be required for every game? FA should have clarified all this. Usual tosh.
