EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

WAITING LIST

I am missing something? I am trying to find a record of the tickets I have applied for via the waiting list. But when I login and go on to the ticket section (EURO 2020 Web site, England fans section) all I can see is the tickets I have been allocated from the previous ballot. I can not see the ones I originally applied for nor the ones I have requested via the waiting list. Can these be found on my account somewhere?

I applied for tickets via the ESTC.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

The waiting list is nothing to do with UEFA and you won't find any information about it on the Euro 2020 website. The waiting list was set up by the FA with a view to helping Travel Club members who applied for tickets in error through the UEFA general public sale instead of through the FA ticket allocation. The FA has managed to get some more tickets and they are currently considering the best way to distribute them to the members on the waiting list.

If you obtained tickets through the FA allocation (the December application period and ballot) then you were not eligible to put your name on this particular waiting list. So you won't be offered any tickets. See this News Bulletin where it says

Please DO NOT complete the waiting list if you've already been allocated tickets.

Once the FA has helped the members on this waiting list as much as they can, they will turn their attention to seeking more tickets for everyone else. There are no guarantees, but the FA do try hard to get more tickets and are often successful. If they get more tickets then they will consider how to make them available to members such as yourself. This might involve another waiting list for which you would be eligible.

    In reply to David Lilley:

Thanks. That has cleared things up for me.
