Travel Club members are advised that their membership will default back to the free England Supporters Club membership if they haven't already renewed.
The deadline for renewing to the 2018-2020 Travel Club membership at the discounted rate of £65 is 23:59 on Tuesday 31 July.
Members of the free Supporters Club can upgrade to the 2018-2020 Travel Club at any time, but you are advised to do so now if you wish to apply for tickets to the UEFA Nations League match against Spain on Monday 15 October.
To upgrade or renew now, please click here: https://englandsupporters.thefa.com/p/england-supporters-travel-club
The Travel Club scheme entitles members to access to both home and away England match tickets, whereas the free England Supporters Club membership is for home matches only.
The Travel Club membership is £75 for adults and £30 for juniors (£65 and £25 for renewing members before the 31 July 2018). The 2018-2020 membership period starts on the 15th July 2018 and runs until the 13th July 2020 so unlike traditional football club memberships, Travel Club members receive two years’ worth of benefits.
With the UEFA Euro 2020 around the corner and Wembley Stadium scheduled to host 7 matches (including the semi-final and final), plus the UEFA Nations League and ‘on the road’ games, the Travel Club membership provides England fans with the perfect opportunity to see The Three Lions in action both home and away.
Travel Club members earn 2 caps for attending England matches both home and away. The caps system is in place to ensure that, should England away games and tournament fixtures be oversubscribed, that tickets will be distributed as fairly as possible and on the following basis: 70% of tickets will be awarded to fans at the top of the caps table with the remaining tickets going to a ballot.
Members are advised that the caps system runs on a maximum four year rolling basis so any caps earned prior to the 2016 European Championships will become 'inactive' shortly after July 19th 2018.
Members are reminded that no caps are awarded for attending tournament fixtures - they are only applied for attending friendlies and qualifiers using tickets purchased through The FA.
If you purchase tickets to an England home game during the members sale, you will be able to assign a FAN number to each ticket purchased, this will ensure that the caps are awarded automatically to each account upon attendance each match.
For tickets purchased outside the members sale you will need to ensure that all FAN numbers in the order are correctly assigned to the tickets by emailing us the details, otherwise caps will not be awarded. If FAN numbers are not assigned before a match has taken place, caps can still be claimed up to 21 days after the match by submitting an email request to email@example.com, enclosing the order number and/or image of the ticket stub for the relevant game. Fans are reminded that caps can only be claimed for tickets purchased directly through The England Supporters Club and The FA.
Please be aware that we are unable to retrospectively apply caps for matches that have taken place more than 21 days after the match has taken place.

Hi I’ve just joined the travel club any ideas how long I have to wait to hear if I’ve been excepted in or refused
when will it be updated
Gary Slater - It was mentioned in an earlier posting that renewals and memberships were being sent out the first week of August. if you are having problems or unclear about your membership phone from a landline free at 0800 389 1966 they are very helpful.
Time goes quite quick, weren't some of our early caps only allowed 1 cap if so I hope they don't take off two. took me a long time to build up a reasonably comfortable caps total.
Can I just send a cheque and a photocopy of my page from my passport to renew my membership
if You been refused do you get your money back?
Do you get caps for buying tickets if you are in the free supporters club?
@ Gary Slater If you join the Travel Club in the summer, it can take a long time for your membership to be confirmed. The authorities who do the background checks are also doing DBS checks for people taking up new jobs, and these checks required for employment reasons are given priority over football fans. However, the important thing is that, from the time your membership fee is accepted, you can enjoy all of the privileges of being a member. You can get £5 off the price of a ticket for home matches. You can put your name on the register of interest for the Spain match in October and, if successful in the allocation, you can buy a ticket.
@ Richard Pike. If your application for membership of the Travel Club is turned down because of a misdemeanour or conviction which you disclosed on the application then your joining fee will be refunded. If you are turned down because of something revealed by the background check which you did not disclose then you will not be refunded. (Section 5.1 of the Travel Club rules.)
@ 56559500 If you are in the free section of the supporters club you will get caps for home games provided you buy the tickets through the FA ticket portal, and provided you actually use the tickets. You can't buy tickets for away games unless you are in the Travel Club.
When do the membership packs arrive at postal address
