Travel Club members with conditional tickets to Wednesday's match in Moscow are urged to collect their tickets now from any FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre or self-service machine in Russia. As with previous matches you will need a form of photo ID and the original payment card used to process the order.
If you have been allocated a conditional ticket to the match but can no longer go, please relist the ticket immediately on the FIFA website so that another Travel Club member can purchase it. Please be aware that from Monday, FIFA have advised the portal will not be accessible to relist tickets. If you are already in Russia and wish to transfer your ticket, you can do so by going to any FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre to do so.
Supporters are advised to visit the FIFA website frequently for further ticket sales for the semi-final; as teams drop out - more tickets will become available.
There is a substantial waiting list in place for tickets to Wednesday's match; if you have already emailed in your request to be placed on the waiting list, please do not resend it.
If you have emailed firstname.lastname@example.org we will have received and if we are able to offer you a ticket, you will be sent an email. Please do not call or email again to chase ticket requests.
No tickets will be issued to non-members, members of the free Supporters Club and those on 0 caps.
We are working on a match-by-match basis (as it depends on England's qualification to final s of the tournament). If we are able to offer you a ticket to a match, please be aware that you must be able to collect it from the host city on match day. We will not be able to cater for specific seating requests and there is no option to pick lower or upper tier tickets.
Members on the waiting list are urged to check the price of the ticket categories available to ensure they have sufficient funds to purchase if they are offered one.
Once purchased, tickets are non-transferable or refundable.
We are experiencing a very high call and email volume so will endeavour to respond to supporters as soon as possible - please be patient whilst 'it's coming home!'
Absolutely incredible achievement by our lads!! Any idea when the e-mails will come out to those on the waiting list for the Semi-final?
When will the people on the waiting list be notified as to whether we can get a ticket so we can arrange travel and accommodation
When FIFA advise on our further allocation. Please be aware that there are no guarantees we will be able to help all members on the waiting list.
I am in Samara. I will do my utmost for these tickets.
FIFA website is absolutely dreadful so I guess all hope comes to FA getting more. Should be demanding enough tickets for demand especially if they are happy enough to sell them to anyone on their site!!
It’s a real shame that 100’s of tickets out of a small allocation are ringfenced for the ‘FA family’ some players have 20/30 ‘guests’ out there whilst fans who’ve trudged around some grotty outposts over the years are well down the pecking order, surprised? No! Just a little disappointed!
Team England - roughly how much extra can we hope from fifa? For example if our allocation was 5100 for the final and we sold 4000 so far (no idea what the actual number is), I assume the 1100 haven't gone on general sale yet as we don't know who's in the final yet (The other teams may have sold all 5100). Can we hope for a large portion of our unsold original allocation?
Matthew,if the unsold allocation was returned to fifa its probable they’ve been subsequently sold on the fifa website and no longer exist!
My best guess is the only tickets being available are the returns from individuals who follow nations that have been knocked out and don’t fancy watching a neutral semi or final,I’d be pleasantly surprised if 1,000’s become available rather than a few hundred, but here’s hoping!
Hi Terry - How could they sell them on though when they don't know who's playing in the final yet? For example if Croatia have sold all 5100 of their conditional tickets and we've sold 100, they can't sell our 5000 unsold tickets as they potentially will already used by the Croatians?
Matthew, once the semi finalists are known then the residuals from the conditional sales are released on fifa.com and the same will happen in the final, unless ESTC lobby successfully for these tickets to be sold exclusively to ESTC members!
I’d like to think ESTC are doing their best to get every ticket possible, but the underwhelming updates lead me to believe we ain’t getting back the balance of the shortfall of initial applications!
If ESTC want to set the record straight and give a full transparent response I’d be delighted to read it on here,I’m also disappointed that FSF are saying nothing about the appalling ticket situation, just been on fifa will all 3 ticket cats ‘available’ until you get to the checkout
When are the tickets on sale for Spain away me and 2 mates have sorted out flights and accommodation just need to know the process with thickets can anyone help?
