2016-2018 Travel Club members who have been allocated conditional tickets for Saturday's fixture against Sweden in Samara will be able to collect their tickets from any FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre or self-service machine from tomorrow. Travel Club members collecting their tickets will need to provide a form of photo ID and bring the original payment card used when booking their tickets.
Update 9.30am 4th July: Emails are now being sent to ESTC members on 50+ caps who emailed in to be placed on the waiting list before yesterday's match.
At the time of writing there is already a substantial waiting list in place for the further knockout stages of the World Cup. If you are a 2016-2018 Travel Club member wishing to be placed on the waiting list, please email once to email@example.com. You must provide your fan number, caps level and contact details. Due to the high volume of requests already received following this evening's match any supporter who emails to be placed on the waiting list and fails to provide this information will not be considered for a ticket.
If you have already emailed to be placed on the waiting list for any further conditional matches, please do not re-send your request as this will only take more time to be dealt with.
If we are able to offer you a ticket, you will receive an email with instructions for purchasing and the collection details. Please be aware that any last minute tickets sold will need to be collected in person in Samara. Tickets will only be sold on the condition that you do not already have a ticket for the match and they are non-transferable or refundable once purchased.
If you are not a 2016-2018 Travel Club member, unfortunately you will be ineligible for any further tickets to the tournament - priority will go to existing members on a caps basis.
Please visit the FIFA website or a FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre in Russia to enquire about the possibility of purchasing tickets in the general public allocation.
