Tomorrow night England face Colombia in the Round of 16 match at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia. The match will take place at the Spartak Stadium and kicks off at 9pm (7pm BST).

Travel Club members with conditional tickets to the match can collect their tickets from any FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre or self-service machines. For ease the address of the ticketing centre in Moscow is:

To view the full list of FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres and their corresponding addresses, please click here.

Once you have collected your ticket, please take good care of them. Neither FIFA nor The FA will replace or reprint any lost or mis-placed tickets.

Late orders

Travel Club members who booked their tickets through The FA directly on Friday 29 June and Saturday 1 July are advised that they can only collect their tickets from the address below between midday and 3pm on match-day.

4th floor, Metropol Hotel 2, Teatralny Proezd, Moscow (https://goo.gl/39rdN7)

Travel Club members who have been requested to collect their tickets from FA Security can only collect their tickets from the Metropol Hotel 2 during the designated opening hours.

In order to collect your tickets, each ticket holder must bring a form of photo ID with them. It is recommended that supporters collect their tickets as early as possible to ensure they can arrive at the stadium in plenty of time.

At the stadium

There will no ticket collections or ticket sales at the stadium on matchday. Supporters are advised to get to the stadium early - particularly if they wish to hang flags. The stadium opens three hours before kick-off.

As with previous matches at the World Cup, supporters are reminded to get to the stadium early and allow for airport-style security checks. You will need to prove that any tablets, mobile phones and power packs are real so please ensure they are fully charged before entering the stadium.

Any bags larger than an A4 piece of paper will not be permitted into the stadium and must be checked into lockers, left in hotels or stored in the luggage cabins outside the ground. Please be prepared to queue for some time after the game to retrieve your items.

Flags up to two metres in size will be permitted into the stadium; if you wish to hang your flag in the stadium you are advised to get there early - the stadium will open 3 hours before kick-off.

Once inside the stadium please listen to announcements. At the time of publishing, we do not expect there to be a hold-back but please listen announcements throughout the match for further updates.

Further tickets

Supporters wishing to acquire further tickets for England's knockout matches at the World Cup are advised that there is no guarantee The FA will be able to secure further tickets should England beat Colombia. There is already a substantial waiting list in place for each game. Travel Club members are advised that any tickets available will be offered on a caps basis only and once we have received further tickets from FIFA.

Please be aware that The FA will not be issuing any tickets to non-members or to supporters who have renewed to the 2018-2020 membership for the purpose of obtaining tickets - only members of the 2016-2018 Travel Club will be eligible.

Supporters are also advised to keep checking the FIFA website here or visit a FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre to enquire about ticket sales.
