Posted by Team England at 17:36 on Monday 04 June 2018

Bundle tickets to England's UEFA Nations League fixtures against Spain and Croatia go on sale to members of the 2018-2020 Travel Club at 12pm Tuesday 5 June.

Announced on Friday 1 June, the brand new two match ticket bundle will allow Travel Club members first priority on the best available seats for the UEFA Nations League fixtures against Spain and Croatia at Wembley Stadium at a saving of up to £40*.

If you have not yet renewed or upgraded to the Travel Club, you can do so now by clicking here.

During a priority access window from tomorrow midday to Tuesday 12 June 3 p.m., Travel Club members will have first choice on the bundle for themselves and other Travel Club members. On Thursday 14 June, free ESC members will gain access to the bundle, while ESTC members will still be able to purchase at the same exclusive prices as during the ESTC priority access window

As with previous England home match sales, supporters can buy for up for up to 7 other people; during the priority ESTC sale, valid 2018-2020 Travel Club fan numbers will need to be assigned to the bundle/single ticket but in the subsequent sale, the fan assign field will be optional.

FAQs

Q. Why are there no bundle tickets available in the family enclosure?

A. To encourage families to attend England games, tickets in the family enclosure are already offered at discounted rates by The FA. Members of the 2018-2020 Travel Club will still receive their £5 (£2.50 for juniors) discount in the family enclosure. The FA also wants to ensure that the family enclosure is used by families; The FA have discounted other areas of the stadium for the bundle tickets to allow for groups of adults.

Q. Will I still get my Travel Club discount during the second ESC sale (14-18 June) as I usually buy for friends and family who are non-ESTC?

A. Yes, The ESTC bundle discount will be applied to the Travel Club fan numbers assigned during the ESC priority sales window. Please be aware that only the Travel Club member will receive the discounted price; ESC and non-members will pay the standard bundle rate.

Q. Why is the ESTC ticket window so short?

A. The ESTC priority sale window is running for 7 days, which is longer than similar priority windows in previous years. In fact, moving forward The FA is committed to providing longer sales periods for home matches.

Q. Why do I have to renew or upgrade to the 2018-2020 membership when the bundle sale runs during the current membership period?

A. As the Croatia and Spain games are part of the 2018-2020 season, in order to access the discounted bundle rates, supporters will need to renew or upgrade to the new 2018-2020 membership.

Q. I can't make both matches; do I still have to buy a bundle?

A. No, single tickets to both fixtures are still available to buy. Please be aware though that certain areas of the ground may not be available, as those seats may have already been sold as part of a bundle.

Q. Will I receive just one ticket to cover both games?

A. No, supporters will receive one ticket to each match as you do normally.

Q. When will I receive my tickets?

A. Tickets to England home games are usually dispatched 2-3 weeks prior to kick-off. So although you may order your bundle now, you won't receive the tickets until nearer kick-off.

Q. Can I buy a bundle for myself, and several single tickets for other supporters in the same order?

A. Unfortunately, due to the functionality of the website supporters cannot buy a bundle and a single ticket in the same order.

Q. Can I add single tickets to my bundle order at a later date if other people want to come with me?

A. Yes. If, once you have made an order and wish to add additional tickets at a later date, you can do so by calling 0844 847 2010 with your order number. Please be aware that the adding of additional tickets does depend on availability.

Q. Why has the price of an adult family enclosure ticket increased?

A. We have increased the price of an adult family enclosure ticket to align the price with the category 4 general admission ticket pricing.

Q. Why can't I select seats in certain blocks when choosing my bundle?

A. As a new option this year, the ticket bundle is not available in every block; this decision was following feedback from supporters and to accommodate both those wishing to purchase bundle tickets and those wishing to purchase single tickets.

Q. I'm an ESC member, why can't I select a category 3 bundle?

A. Bundle tickets have been specifically allocated to ESTC members in certain categories to reward their loyalty and commitment in supporting the England team, while allowing ESC members in the ability to buy single game tickets in every category. ESC members can purchase bundle tickets in Category 2 and Category 4 and save £10 on their tickets for Spain and Croatia.

Team England, thank you very much for considering all of these issues and coming back to fans with the answers before the sales windows open. I have criticised you before but I will genuinely compliment you for addressing these issues so quickly and comprehensively.

I am an ESTC member who goes to matches with my son, who is not a member. I am delighted that I can buy a bundle during the ESC sale window both for myself and for him. The problem is that the ESC sale window is 14th-18th June. Do you know how much it costs to phone a UK 0845 number from Russia ? You need to either bring the start date for the ESC window forward to 12th June or open another window for buying a bundle which runs in July after the World Cup is over.

0844 number  ...... I see that I can try the ticketing website from Russia. (Memo to self: don't shoot from the hip.) I wish it were possible to edit these comments.

David.... Don't forget a number of us had problems trying to purchase tickets from abroad before and couldn't because of some security issues with foreign IP addresses and therefore failed to secure our orders. From memory I think it was Lithuania?

Just tried phoning that number so I could select seats - the operator said they're not selling for that match.  Asked him to check, but he was adamant.  Told me to phone 0800 169 2007, but I'm getting no answer there.

Is he wrong, or does the above information need updating?  Not wishing to get complainty, but I've just wasted half an hour sitting in phone queues.

@Gillian Hookway, yes you did mention this when you got back from Lithuania. It does seem like fans are being listened to so hopefully this can be rectified before the 14-18 June window.

I have now been to 3 matches with my boy, sitting in the Family Enclosure. Each time, we have been sat next groups of adults men on their 20's, drunk, with no kids in sight. Is this normal policy? It was my impression an adult couldn't buy tickets in the family enclosure without adding junior tickets to the basket?
