June friendlies: ticket update

Posted by Team England at 13:00 on Tuesday 29 May 2018

Tickets for England's upcoming friendlies against Nigeria and Costa Rica are still being dispatched.

Update 30/05/18: We would like to advise Travel Club members that tickets to the Costa Rica match do not need to be collected in person in Leeds - the game is still classified as a 'home' game. Tickets will be posted or emailed out unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase. Supporters are also advised that e-tickets for the Nigeria match are being sent in the next 24hrs.

Tickets to all England matches are dispatched to the address given at the time of the order being placed, unless specifically advised otherwise by the 'Lead Booker'.

For security reasons, tickets for home matches are usually sent one to three weeks before kick-off and are dispatched in batches. Tickets or each match will arrive separately, so if you booked for both games you should receive one envelope containing Nigeria tickets and one containing Costa Rica tickets.

If tickets are returned to The FA undelivered, The FA will try to contact the Lead Booker to arrange re-delivery or arrange for you to collect you tickets in person. Please be aware that you may be asked to pay an additional re-delivery charge for tickets to be re-sent to you.

If you order tickets within 3 days of a match, you may be required to collect tickets in person on match-day or have the tickets sent by email for printing at home.

If you do not receive your tickets within a couple of days of either match, please email ticketing@thefa.com with your order number to arrange for print-at-home e-tickets to be sent (these can also be added to your 'wallet' if you have an Apple device). Alternatively, you can visit the ticket Office at the stadium on the day of the match to arrange for the original tickets to be cancelled and re-prints issued. The Lead Booker will need to bring the order number with them and a form of photo ID in order to collect re-prints.

Dean - if you click on tickets at the top of this page and then once in, click on your name in the top right corner you can see "my orders". I only know this through faffing about in the past.
