In partnership with the FSF, The England Supporters Travel Club have produced a World Cup travel guide which will be dispatched to all Travel Club members with tickets to the tournament.

We politely request that members check their address details on their Travel Club membership to ensure it is correct as the travel guide contains helpful information regarding getting around Russia and the stadiums. Travel guides should be dispatched by the end of May to all Travel Club members who were allocated tickets during the December-January application process or through The FA directly.

During the tournament we also plan to send SMS or broadcast messages to ticket-holders in the event of any security or travel updates so if you wish to receive any of these updates whilst in Russia, please update your mobile phone number on your account. We will email further details to members regarding the messaging service before the tournament commences.

How to update your details

1. login to the England Supporters Club website using your fan number (or email address) and password.

2. Click on 'My Account' on the top right-hand side of the home page.

3. In your 'My Account' page, update any of your personal details and click save

When you say 'which will be dispatched to all Travel Club members with tickets to the tournament' does that include those that have only applied for knock out stages too?

yes, all Travel Club members with tickets - whether conditional or otherwise - will receive a travel guide (providing their addresses are correct)

What about Travel Club members who didn't get their tickets through the Travel Club, e.g. first come, first served phase, last minute sales phase, or sales phase 1 ?

They could put the World Cup travel guide on this website as a pdf download. That's what they do for "normal" away matches.

David - usually those that aren't members, or just want a read, can get a copy from the FSF website.

They are usually fairly well written and a good way to pass time on the travel.

How late in May is "By the end of May"? Mail from the UK typically takes 3 weeks to arrive, and my guide to the Euros in 2016 famously arrived after I had returned back from France.

Is it possible to give you someone else's address without that then being treated by the system as my new permanent address as currently happens if I use another address?
