This isn’t clear on the ticketing site. It just says ESC sale from 16/3 but when I try to buy it says I’m not eligible. Only when I found this page did I know why.

Got confirmation e-mails for both matches within seconds. But come on, FA, surely it's about time you added a 'basket' function so we can get all tickets purchased and sent together rather than having to go through the same process twice (my bank thought it was fraud!)

@The FA - I am trying to buy 1 adult & 1 child in the family section for Nigeria. it is automatically assigning my Fan ID to the Junior ticket and won't let me change it. Please advise!

This happened to me to Scott for the Costa Rica game in Leeds. I emailed the FA but no response yet.

I am travelling from Costa Rica to Leeds and I already got my email confirmation and order number for the tickets. Is that enough? Am I supposed to get to get printed versions of the tickets? Should I go to Wembley and get the ticket before travelling to Leeds? Should I arrive early to Elland Road and pick tickets there? How does this usually go?

Hi Costa Rica, I had the same question as I am coming from Alaska, USA. I found the following info:

"Should you not receive your tickets two working days before the match, you will need to contact Ticketmaster on 0333 321 9991 and they will arrange for your tickets to be held for collection within the stadium ticket office."
