One suggestion to the FA (not the first time this has come up) - if you're putting 2 matches on sale at once, don't force people to have to go through 2 purchase processes, and therefore have to pay double postage - any other online store pretty much you can add whichever items you like to your basket, and checkout all at once.

Game at Wembley added £12.50 service for 2 tickets.  Game at Leeds added £2.50.  Something very wrong with that.

Re the £12:50 at Wembley and £2:50 at Leeds

This is because the default setting for delivery for Wembley games is First class + £10 donation to Bobby Morre fund

The Leeds game is First class £2:50

    Sp Moore!

Another problem I'm having is Family enclosure tickets are assigning me a junior ticket and then I can't un-assign that nor assign an adult ticket to a junior member

Jonathan... Are your children travel club members? I chanced my arm to buy ESC junior tickets for the family zone in the Travel Club sale period and had the same. Once trying to buy tickets for my wife and I in non family areas it worked okay with me as an adult member again. Looks like we'll be waiting until next week then :)

    fao Gillian

Either sign in as the child if they have an account and they get assigned the junior ticket

Or sign in as yourself you get assigned junior ticket then assign one of the adult tickets to the child (worked on 4th attempt)

You end up paying correct amount but with  mix up on assigning

Then send copy of the order to EF informing them that yet another glitch has developed
