Update 21/02/2018: FIFA have begun taking payments for tickets to the World Cup; this process can take up to a fortnight to be fully completed but we are advising supporters to wait until they have received a confirmation email from FIFA advising that the process has been completed and explaining what tickets they have been allocated.
FIFA will send emails to all lead applicants advising whether or not they have been successful with some or all of their ticket requests and include the approximate date they will take payment. We recommend that fans ensure there are sufficient funds in their bank accounts to enable the ticketing transaction to go through.
Please note that there will not be another Travel Club sales period for these matches and the FIFA application portal remains closed so no further changes to your applications can be made.

Does anybody know how to change the card on my WC application? i've lost my card and now have a new one, but it wont let me update my card to the new one.
So can't you (FA) tell us how many caps were required for Belgium game now you've done the ballot?

When will we no if we got tickets
To: 57457202: usually FIFA notifies the ticket buyer a week or two before they are going to take the money and ask you to make sure that all the card details are still correct, so you should get an opportunity to change your card details at that time.
I think that after the sales window closes you cannot change your credit card details.
1. Contact your credit card company and tell them that a payment request will shortly be received from FIFA denominated in US dollars. Urge them to accept the request and debit it against your replacement card. Do this now, before FIFA try to take the payment.
2. If your credit company can't/won't do this, then FIFA's payment request will fail and your ticket request will be marked "unsuccessful". Contact the FA and see what they can do to help. A similar situation happened to a number of fans before the Euro 2016 competition. The FA were extremely helpful, intervening with UEFA. I believe that everyone who was allocated tickets and who, like you, had their credit card replaced, did eventually get their tickets.
I have received an email from FIFA notifying me that they will attempt to take payment starting on 20th Feb.
However when I log onto my account on ticketing site it still says my application is pending.I only applied for Belgium game.Has anyone had their application confirmed for Belgium game?
