The England Supporters Travel Club are looking to hear your thoughts on The FA and football in general.

If you are a member of the England Supporter’s Travel Club, we’d be grateful if you could spare 7-8 minutes to complete a short questionnaire about the English Football Association and football in general.

The survey is being run by Incite, an independent market research company which has been commissioned by The FA to conduct this survey on their behalf. Please be assured that the survey is for research purposes only, and all of your responses will be kept anonymous and confidential.

As a thank you for completing the survey, you can enter a prize draw for two sets of four tickets for an England home game at Wembley in 2018. You will be asked to enter your email address once you complete the survey and, if successful, will be contacted at this email address.
