Ticket dispatch update

Slovakia ticket holders are advised that all tickets purchased prior to Tuesday 22 August have been printed and dispatched, together with with the 50% off food and drink vouchers (where applicable). 

Any Travel Club members who are attending the Malta v England fixture next week are advised that all their Slovakia tickets have been sent, with the last batch being dispatched yesterday - Thursday 24 August.

Tickets to all England matches are dispatched to the address given at the time of the order being placed, unless specifically advised otherwise by the Lead Booker. 

For security reasons, tickets for home matches are usually sent 1-3 weeks before kick-off and are dispatched in batches. 

If tickets are returned to The FA undelivered, The FA will try to contact the Lead Booker to arrange re-delivery or arrange for you to collect you tickets in person. Please be aware that you may be asked to pay an additional re-delivery charge for tickets to be re-sent to you. 

If you order tickets within 3 days of a match, you may be required to collect tickets in person on match-day or have the tickets sent by email for printing at home.

If you do not receive your tickets within a couple of days of the match, please email ticketing@thefa.com with your order number to arrange for print-at-home e-tickets to be sent. Alternatively, you can visit the West Ticket Office at Wembley stadium on match-day to arrange for the original tickets to be cancelled and re-prints issued. The Lead Booker will need to bring the order number with them and a form of photo ID in order to collect re-prints.
