I ordered tickets for Slovakia for me and 2 other FAN members on the phone and applied their ticket numbers to the purchasing. Will the discount be applied per person if ordering online and adding membership numbers for the Slovenia game or will I have to ring up and clarify their account numbers when ordering Slovenia tickets?

By "both" matches, I suspect they mean more than one and less than three although I could be mistaken

I think that this is a good initiative by the FA and should be applauded. There have been many calls for extra benefits for members and here are some. No doubt there will be some negative remarks and I already see that some are having great difficulty in reading and/or understanding the word "both" and the bit about having already bought Slovakia tickets.

finally i'll be able to agree to get my kids a hotdog and other usually overpriced food at Wembley instead  of forcing them into a mcdonalds/lidl combo on the way to the stadium. ill be a hero in my house, if only for one night. thanks FA.

Thanks for the gesture, FA, but this is somewhat ambiguously written - and has perverse/unfair implications.

Re the reference to lead ticket buyers, does that mean a) you must have been a lead ticket buyer for the Slovakia match in order to qualify for this offer, or b) you must be a lead ticket buyer for this match?

Either way it seems a perverse offer. Either a) I can't qualify for the offer as my friend bought the tickets for the Slovakia match, or b) I have to pay £10 extra if I want to sit with my friend for this match. Which is it? It seems bizarre and unfair either way.

That's how I read it but the discount is offered to children as well and I doubt that they will be the lead bookers??

We wanted to clarify some details around this offer.

Only a lead ticket purchaser for the Slovakia match will be able to get discount off each of the tickets booked for the Slovenia match. Lead bookers from Slovakia can purchase up to 8 tickets with that discount.

When you purchase your Slovakia tickets (which you must do before the 10th July to qualify for this offer) you will receive £10 off your Slovenia tickets (£15 if you are a Travel Club member) plus 50% off food and drink for both matches when you purchase your Slovenia ticket.

The £10 off (£15 if you are a Travel Club member) will be applied to the ticket prices for Slovenia when they go on sale on 12th July. The discount will also apply if ordering tickets via the phone with Ticketmaster. If you are joining us with children under the age of 16, we would recommend getting tickets for the Family Enclosure which we are also offering at a discounted rate (ESC – Adults £15.00, Kids £7.50, ESTC– Adults £10.00, Kids £5.00).

Please note that this offer only runs during the priority members sale which ends on 1st August.

I'm an England member and wanting to buy 2 Slovenia tickets: 1 with £10 discount and 1 without but the website won't let me. Please can you advise.

This is absolutely ridiculous. You didn't tell us when we signed up for the Slovakia game that unless we bought tickets ourselves, rather than getting a friend to process them so we could sit together, that we would be making ourselves ineligible for a future offer. As well as being misleading and unfair to loyal fans, I would also suggest this is a clear breach of equalities legislation not to disadvantage protected groups, some of whom are clearly less likely to have been the lead ticket buyer for the Slovakia match.
