Cancellation policy for away match tickets

The England Supporters Club would like to advise members of the ticket cancellation policy for the upcoming matches against Scotland and France.

Any 2016-2018 Travel Club members who wish to cancel their ticket for either match and receive a refund can do so by contacting The FA at least 21 days before the match.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the ticket holder to englandsupportersclub@thefa.com and include both the order number and the ticket holder’s FAN number.

The deadline for submitting ticket cancellations for the Scotland match is 3pm on 19 May 2017 whilst the deadline for cancellations for the France match is 3pm on 22 May. 

Tickets for both matches are for collection only out in Scotland and France respectively, with full details to follow. 

Members are reminded that the ticket policy for away games is strictly one ticket per Travel Club member and are non-transferable (to members and non-members).

  • Disgraceful, some people work and only find out a week or so before that they can't go, you should be able to give your ticket to whoever you like
