Germany v England ticket collection details

Posted by Team England at 09:47 on Wednesday 08 March 2017

As per all England away matches, tickets for the game in Dortmund on Wednesday 22 March are for collection only.

Based on the results of our recent member's survey, we have organised a ticket collection point in Düsseldorf on Tuesday 21 March with a collection point in Dortmund on the following day.

Tuesday 21 March

Address: The Lippe room, Best Western Savoy Hotel, Ostraße 128, 40210, Düsseldorf

Opening times: 2pm-8pm

Wednesday 22 March

Address: Dortmund BVB shop (BVB Merchandising), Markt 10-14, 44137 Dortmund

(the fan shop is a 10 minute walk from the main train station in Dortmund - not the fan shop at the stadium)

Opening times: 10am-5pm

A temporary ticket collection booth will also be in place at the England entrance to the stadium (Tribüne Nordost)  from 6.15pm-8.45pm on match-day.

Please note

Travel Club members must either bring their 2016-2018 Travel Club membership card or any form of up-to-date photo ID when collecting their tickets.

If you are part of a group, each member must collect their ticket in person. Please be aware that all members of the group do not have to collect at the same time, but it will not be possible for another member to collect your ticket on your behalf.

Members are advised that there will be no provisions to gain entry to the stadium early to put up flags. Turnstiles open at 6.15pm so members are advised to arrive then if they want to hang flags. We encourage members to arrive in plenty of time on match day to allow for security checks and to take their seats before kick-off.

Information regarding stadium access, prohibited items and match-day travel will be included in the Travel Guide which Ticket-holders will be able to download shortly.

Members are reminded that if they wish to cancel their tickets for the German match, they can do so by emailing englandsupportersclub@thefa.com with their order number and fan number.

Really well done on the Tuesday collection in Dusseldorf English FA, anyone staying there can pick the ticket up the day before, whilst everyone else can collect in the city of the match on match day (as they would anyway).

Great to see the FA doing another thing for the benefit of fans.

Nice gesture to include both cities, something the FA don't HAVE to do. Well done.
