Travel Club Feedback Forum in Wembley Box

Posted by Team England at 11:09 on Friday 03 March 2017

We are inviting Travel Club members to take part in a feedback forum, ahead of England v Lithuania on Sunday 26 March.

Update: Thank you to all members who registered their interest in attending the feedback forum next week. Those who have been selected to attend have now been contacted; if you have not received an email then you were unfortunately unsuccessful. Please keep an eye on the website for future forums regarding the Travel Club.

We are looking to understand more about our most loyal fans, including gathering feedback on some of the FA campaigns and competitions we have run.

The forum will be hosted by a researcher, who will have a set list of questions and topics to discuss, but it will be an informal environment. Please note that we will not be discussing the Travel Club membership scheme.

The selected members will need to arrive at Wembley Stadium Reception at 2.15pm, where you’ll be met by an FA employee and taken to a Box. There will be food and beverages provided, and we will finish by 4pm at the latest. You are then welcome to watch the match from the box, or go back to your seat if you prefer (kick off is 5pm).

To qualify for the forum, you must be a Travel Club member and have a ticket to England v Lithuania. Places are very limited, so please email us at englandsupportersclub@thefa.com to register your interest.

It would assist those members who would like to go to this event if you could give advance notice of the questions and topics. Then members can go with considered responses prepared.

If the invitees are only from the Travel Club, will the topics focus on following England abroad ? The campaigns and competitions run by the FA are not generally exclusive to Travel Club members.

Will the researcher be a member of Team England who already has some knowledge of the experience of following England or will it be someone from a market research organisation ticking boxes ?

The problem with an event structured like this is that you only get information about things which you think are important, which are not necessarily the issues which we think are important.
