We are pleased to announce that we have secured enough tickets for this match to meet the demand from the 2165 Travel Club members who registered their interest.

How to purchase a ticket in the first sale
Tickets will go on sale from 12 noon on Friday 19 August until 3.00pm on Tuesday 23 August to all Travel Club members who registered their interest for this match. Members will be able to purchase tickets by logging onto www.thefa.com/tickets, or by calling the England Supporters Travel Club line on 0844 847 2010. We will shortly be sending out an email to all 2165 members who registered their interest in this match to inform them of the sale.

The ticket price is £35.

Please note group bookings are limited to a maximum of four members per group and each member of the group will need to have registered their interest in this match. If you wish to be seated as a group, please book your seats together in one order as you will not be able to add additional members booking at a later date. In accordance with the England Supporters Travel Club rules of membership, please note that tickets are for personal use only and are not transferable under any circumstances.

Remember, when you are purchasing your ticket you need to quote your FAN number. If you are claiming tickets for more than one member you will need to be able to quote the FAN numbers and dates of birth of each member of your group.

In conjunction with our ongoing security procedures for away fixtures we would like to inform members that this match will be 100% ticket collection in Slovenia.

For any wheelchair users please call us on 0800 389 1966 from 10am on Friday 19 August until 5pm on Tuesday 23 August to purchase your ticket.

The Second chance sale

If you wish to attend the match against Slovenia but missed the registration process, there will be a 2nd chance sale for all 2016-2018 ESTC members who have not already purchased a ticket on Wednesday 24 August at 12pm until the tickets sell out.

  • You say that if you join the travel club now you might have a chance of a ticket in the second sale, my mate applied 5 weeks ago and is still waiting  for it to be prosesed,and I still haven't got my card through.

  • Your system for paying for tickets (Barclaycard smart pay) appears not to accept payments from Ukrainian IP addresses (I am an expatriate living in Ukraine). I had exactly the same problem with the Slovakia second chance sale. It refused first my Lloyds Mastercard, then my Lloyds visa, then my Lebara payment card (MC)

    I have had this problem before (e.g. the trainline.com). They are very reluctant to admit that they block particular countries, but will do if you push them.

    Any other countries on the blacklist?

    Why can't you use paypal which is what I generally use when this problem appears?

  • And I can confirm the above:

    Just used a proxy server program to route through a UK proxy and it accepted. So much for smartpay.

  • Took my 75 not once but twice once in march then one again 2 week ago not even had a email back checked my account money taken out so I will wait until weds see if I have any luck in a ticket for Slovenia

  • It sounds like its because the first payment in March would have been for membership 2014-2016 and then the payment taken 2 weeks ago was for 2016 -2018. Its not 2 years from when you buy the membership as each new membership starts at the beginning of every new qualifying period - or in other wards straight after each Euros or World cup tournament which ever it maybe.
