England to face Spain at Wembley this autumn

England will play host to Spain at Wembley Stadium connected by EE on Tuesday 15 November (8pm kick-off).

Sam Allardyce’s men will take on the former World and three-time European champions in what will be the final fixture of the Three Lions’ 2016 schedule.

The international friendly, coming four days after the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier at home to Scotland, will complete a mouth-watering end to the calendar year.

Spain, who recently appointed Julen Lopetegui as head coach, beat England 2-0 at the Estadio Jose Rico Perez in Alicante as recently as November 2015. That was the 24th meeting between the two sides, the Three Lions having won 12 to Spain’s nine, with La Roja’s last visit to Wembley coming in November 2011; a Frank Lampard goal being the difference on that occasion.

We can also now reveal the England Supporters Club priority ticket sale windows for the next set of England home matches against Scotland, Spain and Lithuania.
