Ticket collection details for Slovakia v England

As per all  England away matches, all tickets for Slovakia v England are collection only in Slovakia on either Saturday 3 or Sunday 4 September.

The ticket collection office will be located in the Vienna Room of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Bratislava.

Opening Times (in local time) :

Saturday 3 Sept: 12pm - 7pm

Sunday 4 Sept: 10am – 1pm

A temporary ticket collection office will also be set-up at the City Arena stadium on Sunday 4 September from 4pm-6pm (local time). The ticket office will be located at Gate C in the Pokladna/Cash Desk office.

Please note

Each member is required to collect their ticket in person with photo ID – another person cannot collect a ticket on a member’s behalf. If you are part of a group, all members of that group do not have to collect their tickets at the same time, however we would encourage you to do so to avoid any delays.

Members are advised that there will be no provision to gain entry to the stadium before 4pm to put up flags. Therefore we’d encourage those that wish to display flags to arrive at the stadium for 4pm.

We have been advised by the Slovakian FA that there will be a strict policy on all ESTC members required to show a valid form of photo ID alongside their match ticket when entering the ground. We have been informed that photocopies or pictures of IDs will not be accepted by security staff at the turnstiles.

Members are reminded that if they wish to cancel their tickets to the Slovakia match, they can do so by emailing englandsupportersclub@thefa.com with their order number and fan number. Members have until the 15^th August to cancel their tickets and receive a refund.

Slovakia v England ticket holders will receive a copy of the ticket collection details shortly.
