Ticket cancellation policy for Slovakia v England

The England Supporters Club would like to advise that England tickets for the upcoming FIFA World Cup qualifier against Slovakia have sold out.

We would like to remind members that the tickets are collection only out in Slovakia with full details to follow shortly. 

Any 2016-2018 ESTC members who wish to cancel their ticket for the match and receive a refund can do so by contacting The FA at least 21 days before the match.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the ticket holder to englandsupportersclub@thefa.com and include both the order number and the ticket holder’s FAN number.

The deadline for submitting ticket cancellations for the Slovakia match is 3pm on 15 August 2016.

  • It'd be nice if we got an apology for that shambles yesterday. Tickets online late, hosts of paying travel club members (including myself) unable to buy for another member despite having their FAN number, useless payment windows and absolutely zero communication about any portal changes. Very disappointed to have missed out and I think an apology is in order, not to mention a new portal system.

  • Tickets going up 10 minutes late is hardly the end of the world!

  • Far from ideal when you're absolutely on edge waiting for them. That was the smallest of my niggles, I'm afraid. Ended up with 0 tickets because I wasn't able to buy two, one for myself and one for another member.

  • They can have a fan number but are they actual travel clubs

  • People are always going to miss out and be disappointed. Second chance is a lottery. To avoid it, get yourself enough caps so you get one automatically

  • He was a travel member, Thomas, it just didn't even give the option to add another ticket

  • 2nd chance sale has always been the same, you can only purchase one ticket.... quite simple really.
