Advice for fans attending England v Russia

The French police are offering all English supporters the opportunity of an escorted walk up to the stadium from the Old Port area.

The walk will commence shortly after 18.00 and supporters must gather in Rue de la Canabiere which is the main street opposite the big wheel. It will take approximately 35 minutes to walk to the stadium.

Whether taking this opportunity or not, supporters are encouraged to get to the stadium early as security search and entry procedures will be strict. Gates open at 18.00.

Supporters are recommended to consider this option.
