Following a dispatching issue, a small number of match tickets are yet to reach some England Supporters Travel Club members.

We'd like to reassure supporters that this matter has been addressed and those yet to receive their tickets should expect to do so in the next 48 hours. Should your tickets fail to arrive before you depart for the tournament then please contact englandsupportersclub@thefa.com to arrange to collect your tickets in France.

I'm sure we will all be receiving a £3.10 gift voucher for the FA shop in the next few weeks to thank us for our patience, inconvenience and added expense for the postage.

So you confirm you confirm you've had all tickets since 18th may,then say everyone will get tickets by end of May,give people false tracking numbers,force people to pay £3.10 & no say those without should get within 48hours? Only been force make a comment because it's in national press??

Quite funny they put an advert for Free Delivery at the side of this, when they seemed to think all deliveries were free via Royal Mail...

Got tracking number, been to my Post Office every day, still not there. Total nightmare as now we will have to re-arrange our day on Saturday to stand around waiting for tickets that the FA told me two weeks ago cannot be re-printed.
