Euro 2016 ticket update: 1 June 2016

Posted by Team England at 19:10 on Wednesday 01 June 2016

All tickets purchased by ESTC members directly from the FA after UEFA’S ticket application deadline in January were all dispatched last week via, recorded delivery and so if not received already they should arrive by the end of this week.

As the tickets have been sent by recorded delivery, someone will need to be at home to sign for them. If this is not possible, your tickets will be taken to your local post office for collection.

ESTC members who purchased knockout match tickets via The FA will receive one voucher per member, per game. Supporters who initially purchased knockout tickets directly through the UEFA ticket portal in January will have received one voucher per group.

Each group is required to exchange these vouchers at the UEFA Voucher Exchange Point in the venue city that the match will take place in and with this in mind, we advise fans to collect their tickets as a group with each individual member bringing with them a form of photo ID. If it is not possible to collect your knockout tickets as a group, the lead applicant must attend the ticket collection point first in order to exchange the voucher.

The remaining members of the group can then collect their tickets at a later time. We would like to advise fans that the most efficient way to exchange vouchers for tickets will be to arrive together as a group so please be aware there may be a longer delay issuing your tickets if you arrive individually. Just to be clear, each individual must collect their own ticket in person but we would encourage the whole group to arrive together, with the voucher, to collect their tickets.

We got tickets through the FA and have one voucher for the group per knock-out game, not individual vouchers for each member of the group

Just spoken to Englandfans (0800 number) and asked for the tracking number as our post has arrived and still no tickets for the game next week.

I was told that they were sent out under one reference number and that it's not Royal Mail Recorded Delivery but separate a secure delivery service operated by Royal Mail.

They had spoken to Royal Mail earlier this morning and I was assured that at some point today a van will arrive to hand deliver the tickets and if we're not in, a card will be left to say that tickets are either with a neighbour or at the local Royal Mail sorting office awaiting collection.

David did they arrive yesterday? I still have not got mine or a card to say they attempted delivery. The special part of the service they used must be extra slow delivery
