England v Iceland ticket collection details

All Travel Club members with vouchers/tickets confirmed to England’s EURO 2016 Round of 16 tie in Nice on Monday 27 June, please note the following important information:

Your tickets will be available to collect from the Voucher Exchange Point (VEP) during the following times and location:

• Saturday 25 June: 10:00 – 18:00
• Sunday 26 June: 10:00 – 19:00
• Monday 27 June: 10:00 – 21:00*

Location: Palais des Expositions, Parvis de L’Europe, 06000, Nice (the entrance is via avenue Gallieni)

*Even though the VEP will be open until kick off on match day we would strongly advise you to collect your tickets before 6pm as we have been advised that it can take up to 2 hours to travel to the stadium from the collection location. Additionally, there will not be provisions to collect your tickets outside of the opening times and location listed above.

When collecting your ticket, each member will have to collect their ticket in person. Under no circumstances will we provide tickets to supporters who attempt to collect on someone else’s behalf. Please note, anyone caught trying to collect another person’s ticket, will have their tickets for the tournament cancelled.

In order to obtain your tickets you will need to present either your Travel Club membership card or another form of photo ID. The lead applicant must attend the ticket collection point first in order to exchange the voucher. Each member can then collect their tickets afterwards. We would like to advise fans that the most efficient way to exchange vouchers for tickets will be as a group but please be aware there may be a longer delay issuing your tickets if you arrive individually.

We advise fans to allow plenty of time between arriving in Nice and collecting your tickets as we cannot anticipate how much traffic and congestion there will be – queuing times are likely to increase closer to kick-off on match day.

Turnstiles at the stadium open 3 hours before kick-off; we would encourage fans to arrive at the stadium in plenty of time and be prepared for additional security checks prior to entering the ground and taking your seats.
