UEFA have advised that they will begin sending out group match tickets to England Supporters Travel Club members from the beginning of May and this should be concluded by the 15^th May. For knock-out matches (should we progress), each individual will be required to collect their tickets in person in France.

For members who have been allocated knockout tickets, you will receive one voucher per group per knockout match which you will be required to exchange at UEFA ticket collection points in France. With this in mind, we advise fans to collect their tickets as a group and bring forms of photo ID with them. If this is not possible, then we will do our best to assist individual members of the group but please be aware there may be a longer delay issuing your tickets.

As previously advised, in accordance with our security procedures, a number of fans will be asked to collect their tickets from FA staff in France. Those who will need to collect their tickets in person will be notified separately and advised of the details.

Daniel, you will have vouchers posted to you as well. When/if we qualify for future rounds you exchange your voucher for a ticket when out in France.

Leslie - You will have to collect in person with your id. No one will be able to collect on your behalf. If you're booked in a group then everyone under that booking has to collect with their id at the same time.
