Spain ticket collection details

Travel Club members will be able to collect their tickets from FA Representatives at the times and locations listed below.

Friday 13th November, 11:00 – 17:00
Hotel Eurostars Lucentum
11 Avenida Alfonso X El Sabio, 03002 Alicante

At the Stadium
Friday 13 November, 18:45 – 20:45
Our ticket office is located near entrance number 6 (at the corner of the England entrance)
The England section is located in blocks 6, 8, 10 & 12.

Collection Check List
Please bring either your current membership card or any up-to-date photo identification to collect your ticket.

If you are part of a group, each member must collect in person. Please note that all members of the group do not have to collect at the same time, however, it will not be possible for another member to collect your ticket on your behalf.

Proof of Travel
Proof of travel documents will not be required for this match as it is obligatory for each member to collect their ticket in person.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please note we will not be in a position to provide duplicate tickets for members who lose their ticket or have their ticket stolen.
