Ticket delivery and collection information for Euro 2016

UEFA have begun sending out group match tickets to lead applicant England Supporters Travel Club members. Leads applicants will receive an email from the courier once tickets have been dispatched with the option to alter delivery address.

The sending out of tickets should be concluded by May 15.

Once lead applicants receive the email from the courier containing the tracking information, you will have the ability to change the delivery address or arrange to collect at the nearest local depot.

Please note that for knock-out matches (should we progress), each individual will be required to collect their tickets in person in France.

For members who have been allocated knockout tickets, the lead applicant in your group will receive one voucher per knockout match. Each group is required to exchange these vouchers at UEFA ticket collection points in France and with this in mind, we advise fans to collect their tickets as a group with each member bringing with them a form of photo ID.

If it is not possible to collect your knockout tickets as a group, the lead applicant must attend the ticket collection point first in order to exchange the voucher. Each member can then collect their tickets afterwards. We would like to advise fans that the most efficient way to exchange vouchers for tickets will be as a group but please be aware there may be a longer delay issuing your tickets if you arrive individually.
