I couldn't buy on line and telephone number not working due to error. It always seems to be something when trying to buy tickets.

Maybe the money wasted on needlessly revamping this website could have been used on improving the ticketing portal. Just a thought.

Has anyone managed to speak to anyone? I've tried 3 different 0844 numbers (from a mobile so can only imagine how much that will have cost me) one disconnected me after I selected an option the next was out of service and the final one went silent after I'd been holding for 5 minutes :(

Great, Ticketmaster number is not working now, the line has a fault and they can't take bookings for an England match on their general number

Seriously, how can this keep happening, time after time after time?

Who is in charge of the ticket sales? Who is in charge of IT?

Why aren't they getting a right royal bollocking for this happening over and over again?

In any other business, they'd have been sacked by now. How do they keep their jobs?

Your customer service is truly dreadful

What a fiasco.here's how it went for me FA.logged on at 12:00 and straight in,details punched in and I'm told I've bought the maximum already and I'm logged out.maybe I'm too quick and retry.same again.check the forum and fans are spitting blood already.call the FA,you are in a queue.almost 10 minutes to be told to call to order tickets.so I call to order tickets, after all the guff a guy who constantly tells me to wait a second and we'll be there soon says his system doesn't recognise any of the 7 details I've provided him.he'lol just have to check on another computer and would I wait a few minutes?!!? Like I'm not going to?!? Finally after several attempts gets the tickets and I pay.it took 33 minutes on a mobile?! Who's going to pay that? Well FA? Your incompetent IT team needs to resolve this to my satisfaction.

    Does a,little mouse

And to think Ticketmaster were handed the contract on a plate by our FA, no companies were asked to tender for the contract, because 'they were an experienced  name in the ticketing industry'. That was a quote from Jonathan Arana who was in charge of the England Members Club at the time the contract was given out. And it had nothing to do with the fact that one of the head honchos of Ticketmaster was on one of the many FA Quangos, erm, committees. No sireeee.
