In conjunction with our ongoing security procedures for away fixtures we would like to inform members that this match is 100% ticket collection.

Tickets can be collected in Ljubljana either on Saturday 13th or Sunday 14th June (match day).

Members who have selected to have their tickets posted out to them will receive a refund for the postage fee paid within the next 14 days.

Match tickets can be collected from FA representatives who will be located in a central location of Ljubljana city centre. A temporary ticket office will also be set up at Stozice Stadium for members who wish to collect their tickets prior to kick off. We expect to be able to communicate the exact location and opening times of the ticket collection points shortly so please check our website here for updates.

If you are part of a group, each member must collect in person. It is not possible for another member to collect your ticket on your behalf.

Members who are running late or unable to collect tickets on either day or before kick-off at Stozice Stadium are welcome to call the England Supporters Travel Club mobile (07970 146250) to arrange to meet FA representatives outside the ground upon arrival.

Any member wishing to cancel their tickets for this game has until 3pm on Friday 22nd May to inform us and receive a refund. Please email all cancellations to englandsupportersclub@TheFA.com

  • Hi, will the delivery/postage fee be refunded automatically or do i need to contract someone about getting a refund?

  • Can you please explain why we are being charged the delivery fee anyway? Every away game this campaign has been 100% ticket collection so it is obviously something the FA have implemented after Brazil. While this seems trivial, £5 x the thousands of away fans who attend our away fixtures, equals a nice profit through interest I suppose! Maybe that should be invested in the website, which is still difficult to navigate?!

  • @Team England - how long is  - "due course"? As you have sold an option that has now been taken away, this should be immediate. Will we be emailed/phoned to tell us it is in our account?

    Also - as Ryan Goodricke eludes to, all away matches have been ticket collection, so why do you keep offering this up?
