Italy v England ticket update

Posted by Team England at 12:14 on Tuesday 20 January 2015

Italy v England
Tuesday 31 March 2015
Turin: stadium tbc
Kick off: tbc

Following on from our previous announcement on 13 January, we are still awaiting on final confirmation from the Italian FA as to which ground will to be used in Turin and therefore our subsequent ticket allocation. As soon as this information has been received full details will be announced to all members via this website.

Registrations for our match against Italy closed at 5pm on Friday 9 January with 2,900 England Supporters Travel Club members registering an interest.

At this moment in time we have not received final confirmation from the Italian FA as to which ground will be used in Turin or our final ticket allocation for this fixture. We are expecting to receive further details within the next week and will make a further announcement regarding the allocation of tickets and sale arrangements to members of the England Supporters Travel Club who have registered their interest in due course.

No further applications will now be accepted and anyone who has not registered will need to wait until the second chance sale (date tbc).

Could have emailed those of us that have subscribed so we don't have to come looking for news.

Any ideas of numbers that have registered?

Any danger of finding out this month? Or are the flight prices just going to keep ticking up?

Been away never got any email notification of ticket registration or details, Oh well it looks like I missed the boat again, My £65 for membership seems to have been a waste of money.

Surely in Italy it will be at a ground capable of giving us at least 2900 tickets so we all get one??

The grounds in Turin hold 41000 & 25000 so I'd be very surprised if all 2900 don't get a ticket

2900 registered an interest, so knock off the ones who always register but never go, the ones who genuinely have pull out and then probably only 2200/2300 will go at the most

Did it ever occur to anyone at the FA - in the intervening 50 days since the announcement of Turin as the venue - to send the Italians an email asking for the two possible allocations ?

Just to let the 3,000 paying members know the possibilities of gaining a ticket and therefore booking flights, hotels, time off work, childcare etc

Is that really too much to expect for a £65 membership ?

The incompetence is really annoying, but it shouldn't stop anyone booking anything.

Anyone know my chances of a ticket?

Lithuania game will be my first.

    I'm in the ballot too.

Don't fancy booking anything and not getting a ticket either.

    Getting a bit impatient now

Almost certainly, everyone who wants one, will get one - given the inevitable dropouts between application and ticket purchase.

Just looked at the official travel package £400 for a flight, ticket and hotel its funny how they can advertise that and email this package but I still don't have confirmation that I have a ticket

its disgraceful the way they treat the fans
