For this match, all tickets are to be collected in Glasgow on either Monday 17 or Tuesday 18 November (match day).

We can now confirm the location and opening times of the ticket collection points in Glasgow.

Opening Hours
Old Fruit Market:
Monday 17th, 4pm-8pm
Tuesday 18th, 10am-5pm

A temporary ticket office will also be set up at Celtic Park prior to kick off just outside the Lisbon Lions Stand.
Celtic Park Stadium:
Tuesday 18th, 6pm-8pm

Please bring either your current membership card or any photo identification to collect your ticket.

If you are part of a group, each member must collect in person. Please note that all members of the group do not have to collect at the same time, however, it will not be possible for another member to collect your ticket on your behalf.

Members who are struggling to collect their tickets at the specified times on match day should call the England Supporters Travel Club mobile (07970 146250) to arrange to meet FA staff outside the ground upon arrival.

Of course you get postage refunded, However, there is a £3.50 entry fee to visit the old fruit market.

I was in Moscow 07, it was a sham. The tickets was being handed out in the car park outside the ground at a snails pace. I was even asked for proof of travel ffs... In the end the police let everyone in ticket or no ticket . Nothing changed in years !! It's still a modern day balls up !!!

Can't believe this. Do they ever think of the fans? We should have been told when booking so could arrange travel. Not able to change plans so will just have to collect at the ground. The £5.45 "delivery" charge should be refunded.
