Reminder: Switzerland Proof of Travel

A reminder that the deadline to send in proof of travel for the Switzerland match is 5pm on Monday 29 September 2014.

For any member who did not sign in at our recent away match in Switzerland the proof of travel form is available to download by clicking here.

We accept the following documents as proof of travel:

>- Original boarding pass
>- Original hotel receipt (We do not accept e-mail confirmation) 
>- Original credit/debit card statement showing transaction location 
>- Original mobile phone statement showing phone call location
>- Photograph identifying yourself at the match
