Tickets on sale now for England U21s v Croatia at Molineux

Posted by Team England at 12:10 on Wednesday 17 September 2014

Molineux Stadium, home of Wolverhampton Wanderers, will host England's crucial UEFA Under-21s Championship play-off against Croatia.

The first game of the two-legged play-off will kick-off at 5.45pm on Friday 10 October. After finishing unbeaten at the top of their group in qualifying, Gareth Southgate's Young Lions were seeded in last week's draw.

They will first meet Croatia at home before playing the away leg on Tuesday 14 October with a place in next summer's Finals in Czech Republic up for grabs. It is a momentous year for Wolves as they are celebrating the 125th anniversary of Molineux and a big crowd is expected. The Under-21s last played in Wolverhampton in 2008 when they faced Poland in front of over 28,000 fans.

Tickets for England Under-21s v Croatia are on sale now priced just £10 and £5. You can get yours via the Wolves Ticketline phone on 0871 222 1877 or buy online here. There are also ticket deals for groups.

Three Lions head coach Gareth Southgate said: "It's a very important game for us and I'm delighted Wolves have agreed to host it. Molineux is a special stadium with fantastic fans, and it would be great to a get a big crowd to support the team against strong opposition.”

Currently the lower tiers are on sale. Steve Bull - opposite the benches where the larger away followings are housed, Jack Harris (South Bank) behind the goal , Family enclosure is lower Billy Wright, Stan Cullis (North Bank) is the large carbuncle of a stand recently rebuilt in time for our drop through to the 3rd division and can get a little damp

Don't think they'll get many with a 5.45pm kick off on a Friday night.

Well excited about this fixture hope we beat them by a rugby score if it's true about the younger senior squad players joining up ahead of Czech Republic Final's, Never been Wolves only just found out yesterday that they have a Metrolink system but it's good that the ground isn't far from the Centre. I hope Gareth Southgate's Red & White Army put on a show that evening.
