Fan-Friendly Events in Basel

The first of England's Euro 2016 qualifiers and a full programme of fan-friendly activities organised by England and Swiss fans in Basel on match day, Mon 8 Sept.

Please register ASAP, indicating which activity you would like to take part in. If you choose to play in the fans match please provide your age and preferred playing position (refs/linos/physios plus fans to watch also needed!). Register at fanfriendly@mac1.net

Full details will be sent out nearer the time to all those who pre-registered.

MONDAY 8 SEPT : BASEL

09.30 School Goodwill Visit. Always popular, join in an English language conversation class about football at a Basel school.

12 noon Walking Tour of Old Basel

13.30pm Snack lunch and beers with Swiss fans.

14.30pm Meet up for fan's match. 11-a-side, 2 x 40 min halves, Switzerland vs England. Changing rooms and showers are available. Followed by snacks and drinks.

18.00 Leave for the match (15 mins walk away)
